Gameplay:

Removed jump to replace it with the potion button

Brighter overall for better visibility

Tips when dying

Enemy has slightly worse eyes when the flashlight is on

Faster Stamina regeneration

Faster Sanity regeneration (Hard/Nightmare)

Enemy footsteps can be heard further away

Various:

New "Quiet Jumpscares" option  to lower only the loud sounds

New menu music with rain outside

Bug fix where the enemy would not run on easy mode
